The States of Guernsey need to understand how best to support all organisations prior to the introduction of the discrimination legislation, which is currently planned for the latter half of 2022. The implementation of the legislation will also require training and guidance documents to be developed. A questionnaire has therefore been developed to provide answers on how organisations want this information provided.
