If you have been away this summer you may have missed a number of articles on the Discrimination Legislation consultation. We will attach copies of these on this page so you can review them. It has been a busy time as the GDA has met with, replied to, written articles and myth busting pieces to dispel many of the myths circulating about wether Discrimination exists in Guernsey, the lack of understanding around the definition of disability and appropriate / reasonable adjustments … among others.
