On the 5th June 2019 Stretch Kontelj wrote an article for the Guernsey Press entitled ‘Law or Liberty’. In todays press, 19th June, the GDA founder and equality adviser Rob Platts replies to the article with ‘Here’s why we need to legislate against discrimation’. Both are attached below. We have also attached the editorial from Ellie Jones, vice chair of Liberate, entitled ‘Guernsey is in need of discrimination legislation’, 12th June.
